What are SIMA's and New Hampshire Salt Summit (NHSS) Exhibit or Sponsorship Terms and Conditions? 

New Hampshire Salt Summit is a partnership between SIMA and NH Department of Environmental Services. 

Payment Terms and Cancelation on Exhibit Display

1. Amount Due in Full at time of request
2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to August 1, 2026 for full refund minus a processing fee of $100.00.  
3. No Refunds will be given after August 2, 2026.

Payment and Cancelation terms on Sponsorships with or without display included

1. Amount Due in Full at time of request or 15 days after receiving invoice
2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 120 days prior to event for full refund minus a processing fee of $500.00.  
3. No Refunds will be given after June 15th, 2026.
