Snow and ice management will be billed to the customer by the snow "event", dependent on snowfall totals and defined as follows:
- One single low pressure storm system consisting of snow/ice accumulations greater than [TRIGGER DEPTH FROM SCOPE OF WORK].
- OR Snow and ice accumulations greater than [TRIGGER DEPTH FROM SCOPE OF WORK] that occur in a 24 hour period, defined as 11:59 AM – NOON of the following day.

- 3.0" – 5.99" = $XXX
- 6.0" - 8.99" = $XXX
- 9.0" – 11.99" = $XXX

- 15" + = $XXX per inch additional
Per Hour Pricing

- $XX per hour for service 1 (for example, snow plowing)
- $XX per hour for service 2 (for example, deicing)
- $XX per hour for service 3 (for example, hauling snow offsite/specific pieces of equipment)
Services will commence once snow and ice accumulations reach the trigger depth agreed upon in the Scope of Work. Customer acknowledges that product and material shortages or other circumstances beyond Contractor's control may require Contractor, if Contractor finds it necessary or expedient to do so, to make material/substance substitutions and/or modifications to substance mix.
Per Visit Pricing
Services are billed per visit to the site. One "visit" is defined as one or more contractor employees or sub-contractors arriving at the location, servicing that location with equipment and materials, and leaving the location of the site. This service will be billed at a flat rate of $XXXX per visit to the site.
Per Season Pricing
Services are billed per season. The payments are spread across the season (e.g., October 15th through April 15th). If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee (e.g., 5% of monthly payment) will be assessed.
- Annual Basic Fee: Services described in the Scope of Work shall be for a fixed annual sum plus sales taxes, exclusive of any Extra Services. Included in the Annual Basic Fee are a set number of service calls (e.g., 15). Any service calls beyond this number shall be considered Extra Services and invoiced separately.
- Service Call Definition: A service call is completed once Contractor leaves Customer's site, and a return visit on the same day shall be considered a second service call. Services with respect to snow accumulation exceeding six (6) inches shall be considered an Extra Service. Services with respect to inspection and/or follow up application of sand and/or ice melt product shall be considered an Extra Service.
