How can I update my password or my SIMA account?

Sometimes members misplace or forget their passwords - here is the way to update it.

We all forget our passwords from time-to-time! The easiest way to reset your password is to visit https://sima.users.membersuite.com/auth/portal-reset-password

Before you go do this, please know that SIMA and our tech vendors require a secure password that meets the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • Contain at least 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case letter
  • Contain at least 1 number
  • Contain at least one symbol (e.g. @ ? * ! # / etc)

Updating your account

Your SIMA account typically has 2 components - your individual profile tied to you, and your organizational profile tied to the company. For certain scenarios, like joining/renewing or updating company profile info, you must be logged in as the company . For updating your personal information, including your email address, username, and password, you can do this anytime by clicking on Account/Saved Payments section in the profile section of our portal:
